Our Purpose
We started Just Another Number to bring people together for a collaborative and collective effort to raise funds for those we see most in need. Just Another Number is all about inclusivity and equality, where we believe we are all Just Another Number on this spinning ball in the Universe!
Just Another Number is dedicated to creating a meaningful impact through collaborative fundraising. Our innovative platform provides a space where individuals can contribute as little as $5 pooling resources to support various community-chosen causes each month. By emphasizing equal participation, we ensure that every contribution holds value and contributes to a larger collective goal, empowering communities to address pressing needs collectively.

At Just Another Number, we aim to revolutionize fundraising by fostering a community-driven approach that prioritizes inclusivity and equal contribution. Our platform allows participants to directly impact causes that matter to them, creating a sense of ownership and responsibility.
How it works
The following steps are what it takes to make it all happen. It only happens with a collective, collaborative effort.

Step # 1
Register at J.A.N. Submit your first fundraising URL (From a trusted source), and add your $5 donation

Step # 4
Share the cause that you are supporting on your social media channels, to family, and friends. Tag @justanothernumbercollective on Instagram and we will help spread the love!

Step # 2
J.A.N will evealuate your URL, and post it on our platform once verified.

Step # 5
At the end of each month, the top rated fund will receive the pool for that month

Step # 3
Your donation gives you 1 x token per month to bid on 1 fundraising goal. All donations go into that months pool

Step # 6
At the start of the following month, simply log back into J.A.N and begin again.
A more concise breakdown

Users sign up to the platform, enter their name, email, and secure credit card details via a highly trusted platform. Name and email is stored in case we need to contact you.

Members are then allocated an individual ‘number’. This is what they are known by on the platform. No other personal details are used.

Once registered, members get to select, or add their own cause to the month's pool. These causes can be a fundraiser, charity, or any donation-driven entity. These must be active, from a trusted provider (GoFundMe, etc), with URL links and an image to upload and add.

Members then donate $5, which goes into the monthly collective chest.

Every additional month resets, and they get to donate and select again.

Only the top ten most selected causes are listed on the web/app home page. This will help maintain a clutter-free appearance and means members can see who is in the running more clearly.
Every month, users get to see a graph of the top-rated selection, and at the end of each month, the highest selected cause receives the pool. Members can select the day to donate during each new month, or pre-set a date for donation.
